An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Chartered Town Planner to join a Planning and Property consultancy working on a variety of different projects with a range of different clients. Our client is one of the UK’s leading property firms and they are looking to onboard a talented planner to add to their successful planning team.

Responsibilities will include:

•         Preparing detailed planning policy statements

•         Site visits and appraisals

•         Attending client meetings

•         Preparation and submission of planning applications

Ideally you will have the following:

·         A RTPI accredited degree in town planning

·         Chartered member of the RTPI

·         Few years experience in Town Planning

·         Excellent verbal and written communication skills

·         The ability to deliver on a range of projects

The salary for this role will be negotiable depending on level of experience
