Job Details
An exciting role, Outside IR35, based in Somerset, has recently become available. This role involves processing a case load of major applications.
The required skills for a potential candidate include;
- Several years of Local Authority planning experience
- Experience of difficult minors and small majors.
- MRTPI preferred.
- Private sector experience would be accepted.
- Green Belt experience preferred.
Working arrangements include flexible working and a rate which the client is happy to negotiate on. The client would prefer a potential candidate to be able to start as soon as possible. The role will be outside IR35 and therefore will be an attractive proposition for many candidates.
