Our client is a Planning consultancy based in London and they are looking for a talented Planner with roughly 5+ years’ experience to join their busy and successful Land and Planning team. This award-winning client is keen to take on a chartered member of the RTPI to work on a variety of projects in an excellent location. If you have chartered status and comprehensive experience in Town Planning – Our client wants to hear from you!

The ideal Principal Planner will have the following;

·         Excellent communication skills

·         A degree educated in relevant discipline

·         Chartered status

·         Comprehensive experience in town planning

At your new job, your duties will include;

·         Negotiating and communicating with applicants, agents and consultees

·         Draft detailed delegated reports and present at committee

·         Managing a caseload of applications

·         Provide pre-application advice and guidance to applicants and agents with the submission of planning applications

The salary for this role will be negotiable depending on level of experience
