Principal Town Planner - North London - Local Authority

Penguin Recruitment are interested in speaking with Principal Town Planners seeking new opportunities with a Local Authority in North London. This is an excellent opportunity for you to further progress your technical expertise and work on exciting Planning projects across the South East.

Requirements:

• You must hold a RPTI degree in Town Planning
• Have over 10 years Private or Public sector experience
• Excellent understanding of the Town planning system, planning applications and legislation
• Experience in leading negotiations and managing planning teams

The role:

• Undertake planning applications
• - Monitor and manage Junior planners
• Lead pre-application discussions and the planning process
• Maximise revenue
• Represent Local Authority in public inquiries and meetings
