Our client are a highly established firm who are on the lookout for an experienced Principal or Associate Director to offer expert planning solutions to a range of development clients.

This dynamic, highly established consultancy have an excellent reputation for offering innovative planning solutions to a range of clients across the residential, development and land promotion sectors.

With multiple offices located across the UK, this established multidisciplinary firm are actively seeking a Senior level Planner who holds extensive residential project experience to work in a client facing role.



The Role:

Working alongside the Planning Director, the successful Principal/Associate Director will help to take the lead on a range of planning applications and appeals, working on a range of residential, development and strategic land projects. The role will include taking the lead on a variety of planning applications and appeals, alongside assessing sites for development suitability, drafting Development Plan Representations, and offering advice to a range of housebuilder and developer clients within the region.



In order to apply for the role, you must:

Hold an RTPI Accredited qualification and an MSc in a relevant planning discipline. You will hold at least 4 years' experience working within the planning sector, ideally on a range of residential or development schemes. You will also have a proven track record of assisting in business development, and will have excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.
