DM Planners (Various Levels) – South West - £25-40 Per Hour

**One of these positions falls OUTSIDE IR35**

Carrington West are assisting several of their local authority clients in South West with their search for qualified planning officers (RTPI) to operate within their DM teams at Officer & Principal level. These roles are offered on a contract basis.

The roles are offered on competitive hourly rates.

Some flexibility can be offered with some home working.

You will ideally be MRTPI accredited and must hold a degree relative to Town Planning. You should also have proven experience on working on planning applications of some sort – ideally in London but this is not essential.

My client is looking to review CV’s from relevant candidates asap and looking to hold interviews and sort a start date asap. 

Competitive Pay Rates : £21- 40 Per Hour
