Our client is an exciting Planning consultancy based in London and they are on the lookout for a Planner with around 2 years experience to join their fast-paced successful Planning team. This is the perfect opportunity for a Planner who has a couple of years experience in the industry to take the next step in their career working on a range of large projects covering commercial, residential, retail and mixed use sectors.

As a Town Planner your duties will include:

•   Undertaking policy research
•   Carrying out planning appraisals for clients prior to acquisition of a site
•   Drafting planning statements and pre-application letters
•   Submitting applications on the planning portal
•   Monitoring planning applications;
•   Attending meetings and taking minutes

The ideal candidate will have the following:

•          A RTPI accredited Town Planning degree
•          Roughly two years planning experience
•          An idea of the basics of the UK planning system
