£30,000 - £45,000
A respected Property Consultancy in Oxford are looking to appoint a Senior Planner to join a busy team of Planners providing a comprehensive range of planning services to landowners, developers, other private sector clients and the public sector.
Our client are growing rapidly and are striving to set new standards of performance and the highest client care with the quality sector of commercial property in Oxfordshire. With an ambitious business plan, this thriving business are looking to attract a dynamic Senior Planner or experienced Town Planner to help them continue to compete with the national & International consultancies.
Reporting to the Partner you will be responsible for managing major projects and be expected to lead these with minimal supervision. The projects profile will fall across the Residential, Commercial, Retail & Mixed-Use sectors.
The role will include;
-Providing advice on planning strategy
-Strategic land promotion
-Development plan submissions
-Public Examinations
-Project management
-Site appraisals
-The preparation and submission of planning applications and other related permissions
-Appeals
In order to apply, the successful Senior Planner will have prior Private Sector experience (Particularly in the Residential, Commercial, Retail & Mixed Use sectors). You are expected to be ambitious, enthusiastic and excellent communication skills. You will hold full membership with the RTPI.
