Are you looking to play a pivotal role in delivering homes across London? If so, a fantastic opportunity has arisen with one of the largest residential developers in the city.







The Planner will join a hands-on team delivering challenging and exciting residential led mixed use developments across London. As part of an established Planning team you will be involved from site acquisition, assisting on major schemes and managing the planning process.







The Planner will be responsible for:

• Assisting the team in building strong and effective relationships with the GLA, local authorities and consultants whilst regularly negotiating with these individuals

• Preparing planning appraisals for potential acquisitions

• Assisting in the preparation of planning applications and coordinating consultant teams

• Preparing and delivering presentations for pre-applications meetings and consultation events

The ideal Planner will have demonstrable experience of residential projects across London and will be able to communicate their experience clearly whilst showcasing their ability to work collaboratively with local authorities and the GLA. In addition, chartered membership with the RTPI is preferable as you will be tasked with managing a challenging workload. Excellent communication kills are required as you shall regularly liaise with colleagues internally, manage external consultants and frequently engage with local planning authorities.
