Senior and Principal Planning Officer, Development Management (SPOFF1) London, England
I am currently working with a local authority based in London to find Senior and Principal Planning Officers to join their development management team. The role will be a 6 month initial contract with a view for extension. The local authority are offering attractive rates and are willing to negotiate a flexible working situation.
The ideal candidates will have:
- Previous experience in development management within the public sector
- Have experience dealing with minor, small major, major or householder planning applications
- Experience of planning committees and hearings is desirable but not essential
- The ability to work both individually and as part of the team
