Enforcement Team Leader

I'm currently working with a Local Authority in the South West who are looking for an Enforcement Team Leader to join them for an initial 4 month contract, with the likely potential of extension of up to 8 months.

About the role

You will be required to manage a team of 2 Enforcement Officers, involving both staff members and working on a backlog of more complex cases. You will be required to represent the Council at Public Inquiries and to liaise closely with both the Development Management Team Leaders.

This role is inside IR35, and my client can offer compressed hours with 2 days working from home.

The Successful Candidate

The successful candidate will have previous experience managing a Team of Enforcement Officers. Experience working in rural Local Authorities is preferred.
