Job Details
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Graduate just leaving university to work at a fast-growing Borough Council on the South Coast.
In this role, you will have the chance to build your knowledge of the planning market and get exposure to how the enforcement and development management teams work. This role will involve processing and handling enforcement complaints as well as minor household planning application.
Duties include:
- Maintain electronic application files by scanning and indexing plans as well as correspondence
- Attending site visits
- Managing and processing applications
Successful candidates will have a degree in Town & Country planning or an affiliated subject with practical experience as a Development Control Officer in the UK.
