Planning Consultant | Oxfordshire | £35,000 - £60,000

Job Details

A business is worthless without great people to run it and shape its future.

Some companies want great people to grow their business for them, but my client wants great people to grow their business with them and share in the rewards they reap.

Key attributes of my client and the position on offer…

Family-friendly ethos

Multidisciplinary, design-led environment

Established team with further, considerable growth targets over the coming years

Looking to recruit an ambitious, Chartered Town Planner with the skills to manage and represent their clients

Opportunity to work on all scales of projects across residential planning, the education sector, public services, heritage, appeals and public inquiries

Genuine progression to company-wide leadership position (depending on previous experience, they may look to employ someone in this role immediately)

Beautiful office environment and surroundings

If you are a true ‘place maker’ with ambitions to not only work for but also take a lead role in shaping one of the most prestigious and established private consultancies in the region then get in touch.

We are not trying to squeeze you into a pre-defined box so there are very few essential requirements that you must meet, and they are:

  1. that you are MRTPI chartered;
  2. that you have at least 4 years of experience gained in a Town Planning environment;
  3. that you consider yourself to be commercially aware and a genuine self-starter;
  4. that you have the desire to help grow a business into something even bigger and better than it already is and be fairly rewarded for the part you play in its success.

Salary is dependent on experience, but we are working within a wide range from £35,000 - £60,000 base.

In addition, there are generous bonuses, profit sharing, fantastic CPD, childcare vouchers and a range of other benefits depending on level of entry into the business.

Interested parties from Senior Planner through to Associate Director or even Director level are welcome to apply as the person is more important than their current level or years of experience.

For further information about the two employers and to have a confidential discussion about your background and suitability, please call Claire on 020 7859 4246 / 07983 143 831, or apply by sending your CV through this portal or to claire@lewisdavey.com.

If this role is too senior, too junior, or too far for you to travel but you are looking for your next role in Town Planning, please still call us - we are keen to discuss other opportunities with you.
