Are you an experienced Planning Manager based in or close to Hemel Hempstead?
Do you hold a MRTPI membership?
Have you got private developer experience?
We are seeking a Planning Manager in Hemel Hempstead to join a national housing developer.
You will need to have the following:
- Town planning degree
- MRTPI Membership
- Private developer experience
- Sound understanding of the planning system and procedures
The role:
- Provide planning advice to the commercial & technical departments
- Manage s106 planning applications
- Attend stakeholder meetings
- Work in conjunction with land department
The successful applicant will receive a very competitive starting salary and benefits package to match your relevant planning experience. In addition you will further progress your technical planning understanding and experience working on exciting development projects across the South East.
