My client are a multidisciplinary firm who provide expert planning assistance across a diverse range of projects within the South West. With multiple offices across the UK, this firm offer excellent opportunities for progression and growth, and are seeking a dynamic individual to join their friendly and close knit team.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a range of both minor and major planning projects, on behalf of a range of clients including housebuilders, retailers, property developers, restaurant organisations, healthcare providers, local authorities and other organisations.

In order to satisfy the requirements for this role, you must:

* Be MRTPI Accredited, or be in the process of submitting (or able to backdate your experience)
* Have at least 2-5 years' experience within the planning sector
* Have previous experience within the private sector
* Be confident at driving through a range of planning projects from inception to completion

You will be motivated and experienced in taking the lead on a range of planning applications at various stages, in order to provide a robust consultancy service to an ever expanding client base. You will be a proactive individual, with the ability to lead and motivate junior members of staff.
