Are you a recent Town Planning Graduate?
Is your degree acknowledged by the RTPI?
Can you demonstrate your geographical understanding of the North West?
We are seeking a Graduate Town planner in Lancaster to join a National housebuilder.
You:
- Will hold a RTPI accredited Town planning degree
- Full UK driving licence
- Previous private or public sector experience would be highly beneficial
- Strong geographical knowledge of the North West
- Excellent understanding of the planning system
The role:
- Support the planning and land team
- Undertake planning applications
- Identify and asses land development opportunities
- Support financial appraisals of new sites
- Negotiate s106 agreements and planning conditions
