Title: Town Planner

Private Consultancy with a UK coverage dealing with planning applications and projects for both the Public and Private sector are actively looking to offer an opportunity for a fast thinking Town Planner who is looking to play an active part on all aspects of the planning process, receive specific training and progress through the organisation taking on further responsibility.



You will be responsible for managing your own planning appeals and caseloads whilst also being able to undertake site visits and site appraisals. The Town Planner will also lead on client meetings, feasibility studies and will play an overall key part in the company's development of the next few years.



The Town Planner position will allow you to complete your full RTPI membership and also work across a wide range of planning sectors including Commercial, Large Residential, Renewable Energy, Rural, Property Development and Retail, therefore they have the capacity to develop your career both in the short and long term.
