Junior Economist Planner | London | Global Firm
Our client are a highly established consultancy with a national presence and global reach who are actively seeking an experienced Junior Economist Planner to join their offices in Central London.
Working within a diverse and varied economics planning team, the successful candidate will work across a range of residential, land and regeneration projects to offer economic strategies, land reviews and market assessments on a number of exciting and ground breaking planning projects spanning across the UK.
Within this exciting team, you will offer advice to both public and private sector organisations to provide socioeconomic assessments, housing and land strategies on a range of residential and mixed use developments, alongside data analysis and report writing.
The ideal Planner will have at least 2 years' worth of experience and will have experience offering market assessments and land reviews. You will have an RTPI Accredited degree and (ideally) hold previous economist experience within a wider planning team. You will also be a confident and articulate individual with excellent interpersonal skills and a commercial mind-set.
