We’re currently working on a new opportunity for an Associate Director to join one of the largest planning teams in Oxfordshire.
The Opportunity
Our client covers a wide range of planning sectors, from large Residential schemes to smaller, bespoke projects. They employ Chartered Town Planners, Architects, Urban Designers and now require an Associate Director to add further expertise to the planning department. You’ll oversee the entire planning process and also act as a mentor to the top junior planners. The Associate Director will work across Oxford and the South of England and play a role within winning new business. The role has been created with a view to develop the Associate Director to Planning Partner level in the near future.
The Person
The Associate Director will be more than just your usual Planner, acting as a representative for our client at external events. As such, you’ll have great communicational skills alongside a passion for Town Planning. Fully MRTPI qualified, you’ll have excellent experience within the private sector with any background in the public sector being beneficial. Part of the role will involve developing new business, so any prior experience of such would be hugely desirable, as would enthusiasm to develop these skills if not already possessed.
