Job Details
My client is looking for a Senior Planning officer to work on Major applications, the ideal candidate will have 3+ years experience in Development Control/ Management and also have rural and urban applications
the role will be dealing with 50+ dwellings applications. this role may be outside IR35 and will allow some remote working.
the ideal candidate will have RTPI membership or eligibility.
the role is for an initial 9 month contract, however, is very likely to extend.
