Job Details
I'm currently working with a Local Authority in the South East who are looking for a Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) Officer to join them for a 3 month contract, with the potential for extension.
About the role
You will be required to comment on planning applications, monitor expenditure, review the Council's CIL charging schedules, and write reports.
The Successful Candidate
The successful candidate will have experience in a similar role, and be familiar with assessing Planning applications in relation to both CIL and S106 obligations.
My client are willing to offer flexible working arrangements.
