What’s the opportunity?
An opening has arisen for a Town Planner to join a large multi-disciplinary consultancy. Last year, the firm won several major schemes and are embarking on an impressive recruitment campaign for several off their UK offices. As a Town Planner, you’ll be responsible for;
- Producing planning and development appraisals in line with client needs
- Manage the application process from start to finish, advising on CIL, Section 106 and conditions where appropriate
- Playing a key role in the appeals process
You’ll also be expected to support senior members of the team on major projects. The Town Planner will be MRTPI qualified or in the process of becoming chartered. No two days are the same working here, with schemes from various backgrounds which will strengthen and diversify your skillset.
