Town Planner | Cardiff | National ConsultancyAre you an experienced Town Planner on the lookout for a new and exciting challenge within the Cardiff region?
If so, this may be the opportunity for you!
Our client are a highly established multidisciplinary consultancy who are on the lookout for a talented Town Planner to join their expanding team in Cardiff.
With multiple offices across the UK, this firm have a global presence within the market, and work across the residential, commercial, retail, engineering, land promotion, leisure and infrastructure sectors, to help deliver expert planning assistance to a wide range of clients within the UK.
The successful Town Planner will help to assist the team in preparing planning applications and appeals, as well as attending Public Examinations. You will also attend site visits, assisting the team in evaluating sites for development suitability, and will regularly take part in Local Plan representations. You will have the opportunity to take on an exciting level responsibility within this close knit and personable team, and will help to mentor and support junior level members of the team.
In order to apply for this role, you must hold a Town Planning qualification, and ideally will be MRTPI Accredited (or be in the process of submitting). You will hold experience working across a range of projects, and will have at least 2 years' experience working within the private sector.
