Job Details
G2 are currently working exclusively with a client based in the South East of England looking for a Development Management Team leader on an initial 3 month rolling contract.
The ideal candidate will have recent experience within an LPA at Team Leader (or above) level, including; signing off planning applications, delegating work and representing the council at committee. Due to the nature of the work it is almost essential that the successful candidate is RTPI accredited. Due to the location of this LPA the council are looking for someone experienced within a rural planning authority.
As this role is a high profile position the council are flexible on rates and have asked g2 to send candidates over with their desired rates attached. Because of the work you will be undertaking the council have a strict position on IR35 and this role is deemed inside the legislation. Despite this role being an initial 3 month contract there is potential for this to be extended beyond the new year.
