Job Details
This Local Planning Authority is going through a restructure and is looking for Planners from all levels to join and strengthen their Development Management team.
Planning Officer - The ideal candidate will have had recent experience working within a Local Planning Authority and dealing with House Holder and Minor Applications.
Senior Planning Officer - You will again have recent LPA experience and be able to deal with more complex planning applications as well as Householder and Minor Applications.
Principal Planning Officer - You will have experience signing off applications and dealing with Major and complex planning applications.
Team Leader - The ideal candidate for this role will have worked as a Principal or Team leader and have experience mentoring and managing junior members of the team.
All of these roles have been deemed Inside IR35 and the pay rates are negotiable depending on experience.
You must hold of Full UK Driving Licence and mileage is paid at £0.45/mile.
