Land Buyer - Independent Housebuilder - Liverpool

Are you experienced in Land Acquisition and seeking new opportunities in Liverpool?

Do you have a strong geographical understanding of the North West?

Have you got previous experience with private developers in purchasing land?

We are seeking a Land Buyer for an Independent Housebuilder in Liverpool.

You will need to have previous Land Acquisition experience with a Private developer and hold a strong geographical understanding on the North west region. It is expected that you have the technical ability and confidence to use your initiative to source new development sites through actively networking the market and liaising with the appropriate people.

The role will allow you to join an expanding organisation who work on residential developments across the North west. You will be responsible for sourcing new development opportunities and using your negotiation experience to purchase the land. It is expected that you will only be required in the office 1-2 days per week as the role is very much having the ability to manage your own diary and appointments.

The successful applicant will receive a very competitive starting salary and car allowance to match your previous land acquisition experience. In addition it will allow you to develop your technical acquisition skills and work on exciting residential developments.
