Job Details
This busy local authority are looking to strengthen their Development Management team due to the increase in planning applications.
They are looking for 2 Planners, one at Officer level and one at a more Senior level.
The successful candidates will have had recent Local Authority experience dealing with a mixed case load of applications.
The Planning Officer will predominantly deal with Householder and Minor Applications. Whilst the Senior Officer will deal with more complex applications.
A full UK Driving Licence is required for site visits with mileage paid at £0.45/mile.
