Associate Director | Birmingham | Leading Property Firm
Penguin Recruitment are delighted to represent a market leading property consultancy in their search for a dynamic Associate Director to join the team in Birmingham.
While specialising in property and residential projects, this successful firm work across multiple sectors, to deliver expert planning services on projects within the residential, development, land promotion, health, leisure and education sectors.
The Role:
Working alongside senior level members of the team, the successful Associate Director will be offered an exciting level of responsibility within the team, helping to formulate planning applications, while taking responsibility for planning strategies and applications. This role will be heavily client facing, so the successful candidate will be expected to maintain regular contact with a diverse client base made up of developers, housebuilders and private clients, helping to advise on development strategies and proposals, to help act as one of the first points of contact for clients within the planning team.
The Requirements:
You will be MRTPI Qualified, with an RTPI Accredited Planning qualification, and will have at least 2 years' worth of experience working within the private sector. You will also (ideally) have experience working in a senior level capacity on development management projects within either the public or private sector.
