Town Planner | Consultancy | Buckingham

Join a highly respected property consultancy in Buckingham and work on projects across a variety of sectors.

In this role you will be responsible for advising clients on optimum method of promoting land for development, preparation and submission of a wide variety of planning applications and to demonstrate ability to provide creative solutions to a range of planning and development issues.

Project types include residential, commercial, mixed-use, rural and change of use and range from single plots to large urban extensions.

In order to apply you will 2 to 5 years' planning experience, be RTPI qualified and be able to work on your own or as part of a team. In addition, you should have good interpersonal skills and hold a clean driving licence.
