Penguin Recruitment are pleased to be working with one of the UK's leading planning & design consultancies on the hire of a Planner to their central London office, situated in Soho.
The London office offers a friendly and busy atmosphere and is conveniently located within the heart of Soho. You will work alongside specialists in Planning, Masterplanning, Landscape, Graphic Design, Architecture, Development Viability, Public Consultation and Environmental services. The established London Planning team has an exciting opportunity for a talented, dynamic and ambitious Planner to work on a broad range of projects including: estate regeneration, new masterplans, large scale mixed-use schemes and small/medium sized urban applications.
The London Planning team is fortunate to be involved in some of the capital's largest and most important projects and has a significant role to play in helping to deliver regeneration and new development across many parts of London.
The successful candidate should have excellent communication and technical skills, relevant experience (2-3 years) and a willingness to learn. You will be MRTPI or working towards it with high levels of ambition and drive. Previous experience of Residential and mixed-use schemes is desirable.
