Town Planners | Manchester & Bristol | Retail Experience
Our client are a market leading planning and development firm with an excellent reputation for delivering innovative planning solutions to a range of clients across the Manchester and Bristol regions.
This successful firm have recently experienced an exciting level of growth, and so are now on the lookout for dynamic Town Planners to join their team in both their Manchester and Bristol offices. The ideal candidates will have previous experience drafting retail impact assessments, and processing a range of retail applications.
Specialising in the residential, development and commercial sectors, this successful consultancy work on a variety of residential, commercial, retail, land promotion, infrastructure, environmental and mixed use developments to achieve planning consent and permissions on a range of multiphase sites located across the UK.
The Requirement:
In order to apply for this role, you will have an RTPI Accredited Planning qualification, and will hold an MSc qualification in a relevant planning discipline. You will have previous experience drafting retail impact assessments, and will be MRTPI qualified (or in the process of submitting).
