In this multidisciplinary consultancy, the Planners are just as important as the Surveyors. Working in a multidisciplinary consultancy, you would work closely with other departments as well seeing the whole development process. You would be working on large scale, complex projects - one of the benefits of working in a larger practice - including, but not limited to, large scale housing and mixed-use developments; masterplans; new settlements (4,500 units) in the home counties; greenbelt sites; high-rise developments in South East London; road side developments; work for major retailers.

Bringing across clients at this level would be advantageous for any candidate, however, the partners are looking for someone who would be able to hit the ground running working on existing instructions. There is less pressure to do so much much business development here in comparison to other consultancies, as their main priority is maintaining existing client relationships and providing a quality service to them.

The consultancy are looking for the right person and fit over anything, so can be flexible on salary, depending on your experience and what you would be able to bring to the team. The package also includes private health care, pension, and a transparent bonus scheme based on targets and what the department brings in, rather than just 'discretionary'.
