Principal DM Officer
Carrington West are assisting their local authority client based in Hampshire with their search for a Principal DM Officer to join their Planning Department on an initial 3-month contract.
The team you will be joining deal with a wide range of applications, and you will be expected to assist with the major applications that have recently been submitted to the council.
This contract will be a rolling contract starting at 3 months, but it is likely to extend beyond this in order to see through the application you will be assigned.
The rate is up for negotiation, however, will most likely be in the region of £40-£45 an hour. This will be largely dependent on your experience within a Development Management Local Authority environment.
