Job Details
We are working with a local authority in West Sussex who require a contract Planner to join their department immediately to assist the team through a busy period.
The role will involve working on a variety of applications, ranging from householder to complex minor applications. The contract will initially be for a 3 month period, but is likely to be extended beyond this.
The ideal Planner will be self-sufficient and be able to work effectively independently, and must be able to work efficiently and be able to complete work to a high standard. A history of DM planning is ideal, as the council are hoping you can hit the ground running.
The local authority is situated in a beautiful part of the country along the South Coast, and has a reputation for being well run, and has a team full of welcoming employees.
