Our client is looking for a candidate that is commercially aware, has a proven track record in business development, has chartered status and over 5 years post qualification experience.
As a Senior Planner or Associate your responsibilities include preparation of planning applications and supporting documents for development and infrastructure schemes, liaising with clients, developers and local authorities and attending site appraisals. Your duties also include preparation of strategy and policy documents and providing advice and guidance to clients throughout all stages of the planning process.
Salary for this role will be negotiated depending on experience.
