Planning Director | Cardiff | Leading Consultancy
Our client are an established consultancy who are currently on the lookout for an experienced Planning Director or strong Associate Director to join their team in Cardiff.
Having experienced an exciting level of expansion within the recent months, this successful firm have a strong global presence, and have planning teams operating across multiple offices within the UK.
Working across the residential, retail, mixed use, commercial, infrastructure, environmental and engineering sectors, this established firm are seeking an experienced Associate Director or established Planning Director to join their growing team.
The successful candidate will take responsibility on a variety of residential and mixed-use schemes, alongside undertaking line management duties, to help support and encourage more junior members of staff. Alongside this, you will also help to maintain client relationships with existing clients, with the view to establish strong relationships with new ones. You will take the lead in pushing through applications for major residential schemes, as well as offering strategies on a variety of both minor and major mixed use projects. You will also take a lead in business development, wih the view to expand on the firm's current client base.

The Requirement:
In order to apply for this role, you must be MRTPI Accredited, with a relevant qualification in Town Planning, and experience working on a range of residential projects. You will also (ideally) have an established client base or network, and will have a proven track record in business development.
