Town Planning Officer – Development Management

Carrington West are assisting their local authority client based in Sussex in their search for a qualified Town Planner to join their DM Planning Department on an initial 3-month initial contract.

You will be expected to work on a mixture of smaller application mainly – HH & Minors – assisting within the DM department.

This contract will initially last for an initial 3-month period however it is likely that this will roll on.

The council are looking for an experienced planner  who is able to work with little guidance and someone who can hit the ground running.

Fantastic location to work in with good transport links.

Ideally you will have access to a car and will hold a valid driving licence to undertake site visits.

Competitive Pay Rate on offer - £25 – 30 Per Hour
