A dynamic National Planning Consultancy are looking to recruit an exceptional and highly motivated Graduate Town Planner to join their growing team and work on a wide variety of challenging and exciting projects. This role will come with full career support and opportunities with the client helping you to become chartered in the future
Your Role:
Provide high quality planning advice and support to private and public-sector clients and support your colleagues and senior members of the development consultancy.
Your Duties:
- Prepare planning appraisals of land, buildings and concepts.
- Undertake research and analysis.
- Prepare planning applications, including planning statements.
- Communicate and negotiate effectively with clients and colleagues.
Your Qualifications:
- Completed an RTPI accredited course (essential)
- Work experience (advantageous but not essential)
- Full driving license (essential)
