Principal, Associate or Director of Planning

I am looking to find a talented Built Environment individual - to help bolster the growing team in the Nottingham office.

My client is looking for an ambitious Principal Planner, Associate Director or Director, who is looking to take the next step in their career and join a growing firm, extending their national presence. Whether you are a specialist in mainstream Residential or Commercial town planning, or in Infrastructure, Minerals & Waste or Environmental planning - the company has key planners across the UK and parallel teams in Transport Environmental to complement.

There will be work to pick up on day one referred from colleagues, but this is a role suited to someone who is hungry to perhaps start their own firm but wants the security of a larger firm behind them to pay the bills, while having the freedom to do business development and network. Ideally you will have business to bring - but this will be flexible, depending on the level of the person joining.

Requirements:

• At least 8 years experience in industry
• Regional knowledge, having worked in the Midlands area before or nationally
• MRTPI (or equivalent)
