Principal to Director of Town Planning

An experienced Planner needed for a the Kent office of a global property and environmental consultancy

My client is a major player throughout the infrastructure, environmental, minerals & waste, and built environment sectors and are looking for a Planner from Principal up to Director level for their Kent office. This will be a multifaceted role working across different build environment sectors and having strong links with their masterplanning and ESIA teams. A focus within this position will be to grow this side of the business through client engagement.

The Role:

• Creating new and nurturing existing business development enterprises
• Managing large schemes, seeing them through to fruition
• Liaising with clients, stakeholders, and third parties
• Managing sub consultants and internal teams

Skills and Experience:

• RTPI Chartered with at least seven years’ experience.
• Engaging in continued relations with existing clients
• Experience completing and overseeing multiple projects at the same time
• Competent in engaging with clients
