Job Details
I am working with a Local Authority in Worcestershire who are seeking a Housing Development Officer role to join the team.
The main areas of work include the following;
- Establishment of housing needs to support affordable housing delivery e.g. parish Need Surveys, Strategic Housing Market Assessment etc
- Advice to developers and other partners in respect of needs for affordable housing
- Advice on planning applications in respect of affordable housing mix and other requirements
- Comments feeding into S106 legal agreements
- Approval of applicants for discounted sales and fixed equity products
The contract will be for a 3 month period with the potential to extend.
