£25,000 to £35,000 + Excellent bonus scheme + Pension
A prestigious and well respected pure planning consultancy in Cambridgeshire has instructed Penguin Recruitment in the search for a Chartered Town planner.
My client is an independent Planning Consultancy who are actively seeking to recruit a talented Town Planner to join their growing team in Cambridge. The company has an excellent reputation in the East of England and has gone from strength to strength since it's formation. Recent work includes major Commercial, Mixed-Use, Leisure and Regeneration projects. They also have a large Residential presence and have recently achieved planning permission for 2,000 and 3,000 unit builds.
The successful Town Planner will have an excellent knowledge of the Cambridgeshire area and will hold a full UK Driving Licence. You will have achieved MRTPI status and be looking to move into a Senior Planner role within the next few months, if not immediately. The Town Planner will have a minimum of 3 years' Planning experience from either a local authority or consultancy background. Ideally you will also have prior exposure to major planning projects, particularly residential schemes.
