Penguin Recruitment are pleased to be working with a Consultancy in Northamptonshire on the hire of an ambitious Assistant Town Planner or Town Planner for their Northampton office.
The company are a leading practice of Surveyors and Town Planners who offer a full range of professional property solutions from multiple offices focussing on the Midlands and South East markets.
In this role you will provide advice and guidance to clients from all sectors of the development industry including private land owners, local authorities, health trusts, national corporate organisations and local businesses, dealing with projects of all types, uses and scales.
The ideal candidate should have between 2 and 5 years post-qualification experience. Membership of the RTPI is desirable but not essential. Consideration will be given to applicants with experience in both the public and private sector but will be required to demonstrate that they have dealt with a wide variety of planning matters. Being commercially minded, able to take on a diverse workload and work within a busy team is essential.
