Planning & Development Manager

Do you want to work on the client side and be involved in the larger development process? A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Planning & Development Manager with a small and expanding developer as they continue their push for new sites across London & the South East.

In this role you’ll be working closely with the land acquisition teams, undertaking initial planning appraisals and then project managing sites from acquisition, through planning and onto delivery and handover stage. You’ll be chairing important meetings with local authorities and stakeholders and managing external consultants.

You’ll regularly be called upon to make tough and challenging decisions as the client and will need to guide several teams throughout the application and constructions process.

If you’re a member of the RTPI, are an ambitious individual and want to really push yourself in a diverse and challenging role and company, this is the ideal opportunity for you. Ideally you’ll have around 5 years’ consultancy experience and be comfortable in delivering complex consents on a mixture of residential and mixed-use developments.
