Multi-disciplinary Consultancy

£65,000 - £90,000 pa + benefits package
A rare and exciting opportunity has become available to lead the Planning team of a reputable multi-disciplinary consultancy in London.
In this role you will have the freedom to develop the discipline with a high degree of autonomy within the supportive context of an established firm. The opportunity can also lead to Equity partner status quickly based on results.
Joining a highly skilled team of town planning consultants you will provide specialist planning and development advice to a range of public and private sector clients throughout the country. Projects fall across a full range sectors including commercial, education, industrial, leisure, retail and residential development.
The team's experience ranges from the provision of strategic planning advice to inform development strategies, land acquisitions and disposals, to the preparation, submission and negotiation of planning applications, that deliver complex schemes in the most cost effective and time efficient manner.
The successful Candidate will be able to demonstrate:
-High level of competency in strategic planning consultancy advice.
-Appropriate qualification for the role (Including MRTPI status).
-Proven track record successful project delivery to a range of client types .
-Seven years and planning team experience (preferably private).
-Sound understanding of commercial management of projects and a target based practice.
-Developed skills in managing teams of planning consultancy staff.
-Track record of business development capability and results from BD strategies.
-Success in growing teams through targeted campaigns an expertise in nurturing key client relationships to mutual benefit.
-Capability in dealing with wider practice management issues beyond discipline management.
