As a Senior/ Principal Planner you will be responsible for undertaking a varied and challenging workload; assisting and leading on projects across the Midlands such as:

• Large scale residential Developments
• National retailers including flagship stores
• High quality mixed use developments
• Large scale logistics facilities
• Major shopping centre redevelopments
