Job Details
One of my clients in East Anglia are looking for a Planning Consultant to join them for 6 months, with likely extension to 9+ months. My client can offer home working for up to 3 days per week and this role is OUTSIDE IR35.
About the role
- Processing major applications of up to 100 units
- Carrying out site visits independently
- Liasing with developers and key stakeholders
- Coordinating consultations
About you
You will ideally have or be looking to attain Membership of the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI) and be qualified to degree level in Town Planning or a relevant discipline whilst having significant working experience in Planning within a Local Authority.
You will have preferably have experience dealing with rural and Green Belt major applications.
