Senior/Principal Planner


Are you looking for the next step in your career and move up as a senior to a Principal Planner? My client based in Cambridgeshire is currently looking to recruit a Principal DC planner for a an initial 3 month with a view to be an ongoing contract dealing with Mix caseload of applications including major applications.

The Local Authority has a broad spectrum of existing planning applications that needs to be processed. having a good working understanding of UK Planning system.The successful candidate would need to have processed reserved matters for other large schemes and who understands outline planning applications.

The Authority is with in easy access of public transport hubs (London and Cambridge) as well as main motorways. This assignment offers a broad spectrum (Urban, Conservation, etc) of applications with in the boundaries of the Authority. You would need to have a drivers licences and access to a car would be preferred.

The contract would be for an initial 3 months with a view to extend.The rate of the position is between £30.00 - £40.00 per hour; the rate is negotiable based upon experience
