Are you an Assistant Land Buyer seeking new opportunities in the North West?
Have you got a strong understanding of Land Acquisition and Geographical understanding of the North West?
Can you demonstrate your knowledge of Land Acquisition?
We are recruiting for a recognised housebuilder based in the North West who is seeking to appoint an Assistant Land Buyer.
Role requirements:
- Educated to degree level with a 2:1 as a minimum in a Town Planning related degree
- Strong geographical knowledge of the North West
- Ideally previous Land Acquisition experience
- Fully IT Literate
- Excellent negotiation and analytical skills
- You must hold a full UK driving licence
The role will offer an excellent platform for career progression and the opportunity to work across the UK on Land Acquisition projects for residential developments. In addition you will receive a very competitive starting salary and company benefits.
