Our client is seeking a Planning Manager that will report directly to the Planning Director, sitting with the Land & Planning Department. The role will give you exposure to working on a number of large-scale residential developments throughout Greater London and the Home Counties. The ideal Planner will be a Chartered member of the RTPI with development management and private sector residential experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Undertaking planning appraisals
  • Managing external consultants
  • Managing planning appeals
  • Negotiating and liaising with various planning officers
  • Building a good understanding of current and emerging local and national planning policy
  • Working closely with the internal technical disciplines on a day-to-day basis


This is an excellent opportunity for a Planner looking to make the move client-side or a great chance for an experienced planning manager to gain more experience working for a leading house-builder. Regarding remuneration, my client offers a competitive base salary and a rewarding bonus scheme.
